Our Services may include:
* Free-to-download applications which may contain in-app purchases (IAPs) for additional features, content, or virtual goods, and/or display advertisements.
* Paid applications that require an upfront payment for download.
* Subscription-based services that grant access to premium features or content for a recurring fee.
All payments for paid apps, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are processed securely through the respective third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or other third-party payment processors. mobiXapps® does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
3. User Accounts
Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
* Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including a valid email address where required.
* Maintain the security of your password and identification.
* Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate and complete.

* You are solely responsible for your UGC.

* By submitting UGC to the Services, you grant mobiXapps® a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Services and mobiXapps®'s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. This license is necessary for mobiXapps® to operate and provide the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other proprietary rights related to the apps, website content, software, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to mobiXapps®. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
7. Termination
* By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support at contact@mobixappsholding.com and requesting account deletion.
* By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. mobiXapps® makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Services, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. mobiXapps® does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall mobiXapps®, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruption, or other damages.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by individual arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed upon arbitration service if not otherwise specified by Egyptian law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between mobiXapps® and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by mobiXapps®. mobiXapps® has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that mobiXapps® shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
